About
Monarto Safari Park, about an hour from Adelaide, is one of the largest open-range zoos in the world. Families ride the safari bus through open habitats to see lions, giraffes, rhinos, cheetahs and zebras roaming the landscape, with keeper talks and walking trails between exhibits. During school holidays the park runs extra encounters and activities. It is a full-day outing, so bring hats, water and sun protection for the open terrain.
