Lake Leschenaultia near Chidlow is a beautiful freshwater recreation area in the Darling Range, about 50 minutes from Perth. The spring-fed lake offers safe, supervised swimming in crystal-clear water during the warmer months. Surrounding bushland provides excellent walking trails through jarrah and marri forest, with abundant wildflowers in spring. Excellent picnic and BBQ facilities, a kiosk, and camping sites make it perfect for a full day or overnight family trip.
