Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary School Holidays

๐Ÿ“ 708 Jesmond Rd, Fig Tree Pocket QLD 4069

About

Lone Pine is the world's first and largest koala sanctuary, set on the Brisbane River about 20 minutes from the city. Families can hold a koala, hand-feed a mob of free-roaming kangaroos, and see platypus, wombats, dingoes, Tasmanian devils and birds of prey. Daily shows and keeper talks, including the sheepdog and raptor displays, run through the day and give kids plenty to look forward to. It is a full-day wildlife experience and a Queensland school-holiday staple.
